1-OBJECT OF the CONTRACT

HepScoot! Propose to the Customer and\or to the quite temporary that it  will indicate, its services of rent of motorized vehicle two wheels with drivers to drive them to the communicated destination (below the "Service") if this one enters the coverage area of the service.

2-ACCESSES TO the SERVICES

The Customer if he wishes to use the Service, commands(orders) a vehicle by telephone 0 826 100 100 ( 0,15 euro TTC / min) from Monday till Friday from 7:00 am till 10:00 pm and the weekend from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm, by leaving all coordinates, (below one or several "Route (s)", or by Internet on the www.hepscoot.com site

In case of cancellation of a Route for the period(delay) lower than (1) the hour prematurely agreed or if the Customer does not appear instead of RDV for the periods(delays) mentioned in the article 3, the completeness of the route will be charged.

3-PRICE LIST(RATE) AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment is to be settled in the grip of command by credit card or by check, sort and credit card during the route to the driver. HEPSCOOT! Offer the possibility of signing contracts of subscription. The modalities are available with the sales department on 06 83 36 08 38 (taken by a call according to operator)

Cost of the routes HT (VAT = 5,5 %)

* Wait beyond 10 minutes. HEPSCOOT! Can commit to no more than 10 minutes of wait without appeal of preliminary announcement in the standard. For airports, the wait is charged as from 20 minutes after the hour indicated by booking. In case of delay of the driver HEPSCOOT!,With regard to the hour of booking confirmed by email and except preliminary agreement of gap between the customer and HEPSCOOT! The amount is deducted from the route made by edge of 10 minutes beyond the first 10 minutes within the limits of the amount of the route and except case of force majeure.

HEPSCOOT! Reserve the right to change without advance notice its price lists. In this hypothesis the Customer will be warned of it at least seven ( 7 ) days in wrting advance. 4-SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES HEY SCOOT!

HEPSCOOT! Makes a commitment to do what's necessary to drive the passenger to destination as soon as possible and in the optimal conditions of safety.

As such, the driving and the guarding of the vehicle belongs to HEPSCOOT! Who answers the prescriptions of the Traffic rules.

The responsibility of HEPSCOOT! 5-ATTRIBUTION OF SKILLS

The present contract is subjected to the French law.
